1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SportsInfo.AI mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Entertainment Purpose Only
IMPORTANT: SportsInfo.AI is designed and intended solely for entertainment purposes.
- All predictions, forecasts, and statistical analyses provided by the App are for entertainment and informational purposes only
- The App is NOT intended for gambling, wagering, or any form of betting
- Predictions are based on statistical models and historical data, but do not guarantee future outcomes
- DO NOT use this App for making financial decisions or placing bets
3. No Gambling or Wagering
This App is not a gambling platform and does not facilitate wagering:
- We do not accept bets, wagers, or any form of monetary exchange related to event outcomes.
- Users are prohibited from using the App in connection with illegal gambling activities
- If you have a gambling problem, please seek help from appropriate resources
4. Prediction Accuracy Disclaimer
NO GUARANTEES OF ACCURACY:
- All predictions are estimates based on available data and statistical modeling
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Weather conditions, injuries, and other factors may affect actual game outcomes
- We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy of predictions
- You acknowledge that sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable
5. Age Restrictions
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App
- By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement
- Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of COPPA
- If you are under 13, please do not use this App
6. User Account and Conduct
Account Requirements:
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
Prohibited Conduct:
- Using the App for illegal activities
- Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the App’s functionality
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Using automated systems to access the App
7. Intellectual Property
SPORTSINFO.AI OWNERSHIP
SportsInfo.AI and its owners retain all right, title, and interest in
and to the App, including without limitation:
- The App’s design, interface, and visual elements
- The proprietary 14-factor machine learning algorithm and
prediction methodology - All prediction outputs, analysis, and generated content
- The SportsInfo.AI name, logo, and brand elements
- All software code, architecture, and technical implementations
These are protected by United States and international copyright,
trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
LICENSE TO YOU
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SportsInfo.AI grants
you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to download and use the App on your personal iOS device solely for
your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or predictions
from the App - Use automated tools to access the App or its content
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App references NFL teams, statistics, and related sports data
for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- SportsInfo.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by,
or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL), NFL
Enterprises LLC, or any NFL member club - NFL, team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of
their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only - Statistical data is sourced from publicly available APIs including
ESPN and the National Weather Service - All third-party trademarks remain the property of their
respective owners
OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE
The App may incorporate open source software components, each
subject to its own license terms. Use of open source components
does not grant any rights beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
FEEDBACK
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App
(“Feedback”), you grant SportsInfo.AI a perpetual, irrevocable,
royalty-free license to use that Feedback for any purpose without
compensation or attribution to you.
DMCA / COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright,
please contact us at [email protected] with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- The location of the allegedly infringing content in the App
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- Your electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.
INFRINGEMENT OF OUR RIGHTS
Unauthorized use of SportsInfo.AI’s intellectual property may
result in civil and criminal penalties. We actively protect our
intellectual property rights and will pursue appropriate remedies
for infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP AND ALL PREDICTIONS, DATA, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”
AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
SPORTSINFO.AI MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE,
RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- SportsInfo.AI, its owners, operators, employees, and agents shall
not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind - This includes without limitation: financial losses, lost profits,
lost data, loss of goodwill, or any damages resulting from:
(a) your use of or inability to use the App
(b) any predictions, analysis, or content provided by the App
(c) any decisions made in reliance on App predictions
(d) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data - In no event shall SportsInfo.AI’s total liability to you exceed
the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding
the claim (or $0 if the App was free) - Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties
or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability
is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SportsInfo.AI and
its owners, operators, and agents from any claims, damages, losses,
or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any decisions you make based on App predictions
- Your violation of any third-party rights
PREDICTION ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
All predictions are generated by algorithmic analysis for
entertainment purposes only. SportsInfo.AI makes no representation
or guarantee regarding the accuracy of any prediction. Past
prediction performance does not guarantee future results.
9. Data and Privacy
PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at
https://sportsinfo.ai/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into
these Terms by reference.
DATA WE COLLECT
We collect and process the following categories of data:
- Account Data: Email address and password (via Supabase authentication)
- Usage Data: Predictions viewed, favorites saved, features accessed
- Device Data: Device type, operating system, app version
- Advertising Data: Advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob
to serve relevant advertisements
THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING
We share data with the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and user data storage
- Google AdMob: Advertising services. Google may collect and use
data for advertising purposes subject to Google’s Privacy Policy - We do not sell your personal data to third parties
ADVERTISING
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may
use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads.
You will be asked for permission to track your activity for
advertising purposes when you first launch the App. You may
withdraw this permission at any time in your device Settings.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
under 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 should have
parental consent before using the App. If we become aware that
we have collected personal information from a child under 13
without parental consent, we will delete that information
promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13
has provided us with personal information may contact us at
[email protected].
USER RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

DATA RETENTION
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data
within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your
data, including encrypted transmission and secure storage via
Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the Internet
is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information,
we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware
of the breach, consistent with applicable law.
CONSENT
By creating an account and checking the required agreement boxes
during registration, you explicitly consent to our data collection
and processing practices as described in this section and our
Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
- The App may use third-party services for weather data, sports statistics, and other features
- We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data
- Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions
11. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
- Changes will be posted in the App and on our website
- Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
12. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
INFORMAL RESOLUTION
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at
[email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving
your notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within
30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration as described below.
BINDING ARBITRATION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Except for claims eligible for small claims court, you and
SportsInfo.AI agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy
arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App
shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than
in court.
- Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration
Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules - Arbitration will be conducted in [STATE/COUNTY], or remotely
at either party’s option for claims under $10,000 - The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding
- Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator
determines otherwise - You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first
accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected]
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
YOU AND SPORTSINFO.AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST
THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF
OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a
particular claim, that claim shall be severed from arbitration
and proceed in court, while all other claims remain subject
to arbitration.
SMALL CLAIMS COURT
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court
if the claim qualifies and remains on an individual basis.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE],
without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where
federal law applies.
JURISDICTION
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located
in [STATE/COUNTY]. You waive any objection to the exercise of
jurisdiction over you by such courts.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND SPORTSINFO.AI WAIVE
ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR
RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP.
TIME LIMITATION
Any claim arising from or relating to these Terms must be
brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose,
or it is permanently barred.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal,
or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent
jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum
extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is
not possible, severed from these Terms entirely. The remaining
provisions shall continue in full force and effect without
diminishment.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not
affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision,
and these Terms shall be construed as if the invalid or
unenforceable provision had never been included.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy at
https://sportsinfo.ai/privacy-policy, constitute the entire
agreement between you and SportsInfo.AI regarding your use of
the App. They supersede all prior agreements, representations,
warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral,
relating to the App.
WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not
constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in
the future. No waiver of any provision shall be effective
unless made in writing.
NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any third
party. Only you and SportsInfo.AI are parties to this agreement.

This Terms of Service agreement protects both SportsInfo.AI and its users by clearly establishing the entertainment nature of the service and limiting liability for prediction accuracy.
